As a Core Fiber customer, you'll be assigned a Core Advocate. That means when you call, email, or text you're connected with the same person – your Advocate.
Referral Program
Refer someone to Core Fiber in any of the towns we serve and you'll both get $50 statement credits!

No, your internet plan will stay the same. No action is needed from your end.
No, your internet service will continue working without interruption.
You can still access your account through the PrineTIME billing portal. After we transition to the Core Fiber brand, the portal URL will change but your login will remain the same and we’ll forward the outgoing portal to the new one in case you have it bookmarked.
No. All of your billing info, dates, and account information will stay the same.
PrineTIME joined Core Fiber Partners, a group of regional internet providers, in 2025 to fund our fiber internet construction and wireless network upgrades in and around Prineville. This year (2026) we and our partners decided to join forces under one brand – Core Fiber.
Yes! Our office in Prineville is still open and our local staff is still here – that will not change. We are, however, expanding and now have the opportunity to serve even more communities.
