At this time PrineTIME is experiencing an outage due to our upstream provider having routing issues. This affects all clients and services including our primary phone service. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will keep you updated as we know more.
In observance of Memorial Day PrineTIME Internet Solutions will be closed on Monday the 27th of May 2013 so that our employees can spend time with their family and friends. In a world where promises seem as easily broken as made, it is amazing to find an Internet provider that gives more than promised. Spectacular customer service; technical support comparable to top dollar support; and speeds that leave the competition in the dust. Having tried wireless before, I have to admit, I was more than skeptical. But living in Ione the available competition was more disappointing than any other provider I have tried. I had heard the positive comments from numerous friends, so I said, “What do I have to lose?” Not only did they get it installed before I expected, but they had it up and ready before my payment had cleared. No strings attached service that came with friendly staff. What more could a person want? Well, unbelievable speeds, instant connection, and no disconnects sure do sweeten the deal. All I can say is thank you. Thank you for restoring my faith in true customer satisfaction. .
